SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting a diversified Wealth Management company with their search for a Senior Property Lawyer, based in Cape Town, Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:
Functions:

Responsible for drafting, reviewing and advising on legal agreements
Responsible for managing contracts and related issues and to ensure policies and procedures are up to date and are being enforced
Will be responsible for compliance and risk management in respect of property unit trust

Requirements:

Minimum B. Com LLB Degree with a post graduate LLM in Taxation / H. Dip Tax
Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
8 - 10 Years of post articles experience
Experience in drafting and vetting property acquisition, disposal and lease agreements is a must
