Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimise high‑quality physiological algorithms using Python, with a focus on exercise physiology and genetic data processing
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate algorithms into broader systems and applications
• Build and maintain data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analysing largescale physiological and genetic datasets
• Troubleshoot and improve algorithm performance, data quality, and system integrations
• Stay current with advancements in Python development, data analysis, and algorithmic techniques to continuously enhance solutions

• Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Python development, with a strong focus on algorithm development and data analysis
• Proven exposure to large datasets and complex data processing environments
• Experience within exercise physiology, health data, or bio‑data domains is highly advantageous
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
• Exposure to machine learning or deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, Keras)
• Knowledge of data modelling and ETL processes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Advantageous:
