SUMMARY:
A well-known food manufacturer based in Johannesburg on the East Rand is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join their team. Will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the company food safety systems as per FSSC and other customer-specific accreditation standards.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Food sciences/quality or similar field
5 years of management experience in a food manufacturing environment
Proven track record in passing external food safety audits
Knowledge of FSSC and other safety/food/hygiene standards-essential
Must possess strong problem-solving skills, be an analytical thinker and have excellent interpersonal skills
