We're partnering with a leading organisation seeking a commercially minded Head of Insights & Client Enablement to build and lead a high-performing insights function that drives measurable business outcomes.

This individual will play a key role in shaping strategy, enhancing operational performance, and elevating client success through data-driven decision-making and AI-enabled analytics.

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing Lead enterprise-wide insights, reporting, and performance analytics Drive the evolution from traditional reporting to predictive, AI-enabled decision support Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance frameworks Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations Present strategic insights to senior executives and key stakeholders Lead and develop teams across analytics, reporting, and quality functions Establish governance, performance review cycles, and intervention strategies Partner with business leaders to improve performance, efficiency, and client outcomes We're Looking For 8+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Strategy, Insights, or Performance Management Leadership experience at Senior Manager, Head, or Executive level Strong Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platform expertise Proven ability to present insights to executive stakeholders Experience driving automation, AI initiatives, or data transformation projects Exceptional commercial acumen and data storytelling skills A strategic thinker who can move seamlessly between operational detail and executive-level vision Why This Opportunity?
