POSITION INFO:
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute professional who can bridge the gap between data, operations, and client strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in converting complex operational and performance data into actionable business insights that drive efficiency, profitability, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role requires a strategic leader who is passionate about leveraging analytics, AI, automation, and business intelligence to unlock measurable business value. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership across the Insights & Client Enablement function. Develop and execute analytics and enablement strategies that support business objectives and client outcomes. Lead the delivery of executive reporting, predictive performance analytics, and AI-enabled insight generation. Drive operational performance through data-driven recommendations, scorecards, and performance interventions. Establish and enhance client performance frameworks, reporting standards, and governance structures. Oversee quality assurance, workforce optimisation, and performance management initiatives. Develop analytics capabilities that enable proactive decision-making and improved commercial outcomes. Drive reporting automation, business intelligence solutions, and operational efficiencies. Partner with executive leadership teams to identify strategic opportunities and mitigate business risks. Present complex insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, Executive Committees, and clients. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations, client enablement, quality, and analytics functions. Ensure effective utilisation of data, technology, and analytical tools to improve business performance. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and senior business stakeholders. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Strategic Management, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification will be advantageous. Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Collections Strategy, Operational Analytics, Performance Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years' experience operating at Senior Management, Executive, or Head of Department level. Proven experience leading analytics, performance, reporting, or client enablement teams. Experience within Financial Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Banking, Credit Risk, Collections, or a similar data-intensive environment. Demonstrated experience presenting strategic insights and recommendations to C-Suite executives and key clients. Proven track record of driving business improvement through analytics, automation, and performance optimisation initiatives. Experience leading quality assurance frameworks and workforce optimisation programmes. Strong exposure to client scorecards, operational reporting, campaign management, and performance metrics. Essential understanding of the full credit lifecycle, including pre-delinquency, collections, rehabilitation, and recoveries. Skills: Advanced Business Intelligence and Reporting expertise. Strong Data Analytics and Data Visualisation capabilities. Experience with AI, Machine Learning, Automation, and Predictive Analytics. Strong understanding of operational performance metrics and KPI frameworks. Experience with reporting automation and analytics platforms. Knowledge of workforce management and optimisation methodologies. Strong understanding of data governance, controls, and reporting best practices.
