As Chief Accountant, you'll take ownership of the finance function, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen controls and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead the full accounting and reporting function Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance Manage external audits and statutory requirements Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders Lead, mentor and develop the finance team Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities Job Experience & Skills Required CA(SA) qualification is non-negotiable Minimum 7 years post-articles experience Proven automotive industry experience Strong financial reporting and technical accounting expertise Experience managing teams and driving performance Exposure to multinational or large corporate environments advantageous ERP system experience essential Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills Apply Now!
