SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantitative Analyst with a strong background in banking and a deep understanding of credit risk decisioning.

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and managing scorecards, profitability models, impairments, and credit policies, while leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain credit risk models, including scorecards and profitability models.
Drive strategic decision-making through advanced quantitative analysis.
Oversee impairment calculations and ensure compliance with credit policies.
Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Partner with stakeholders to optimize credit risk strategies and portfolio performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in banking with a focus on credit risk decisioning.
Strong knowledge of scorecards, profitability models, impairments, and credit policies.
High proficiency in:
- SQL;
- Python; and
- Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated people management and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
