Quantitative Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly analytical Quantitative Business Analyst to design, build, configure, and test solutions that enable quality and client-centric outcomes. This role involves leveraging quantitative expertise to support pricing, risk management, and financial modelling initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

POSITION INFO:

Core Responsibilities
Design, build, configure, and test solutions for pricing and risk management
Analyse financial models and validate outputs for accuracy and compliance
Develop and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and client outcomes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quantitative models and systems
Conduct system capability analysis and recommend enhancements
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Create and maintain roadmaps for quantitative solutions and system improvements

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar quantitative or business analysis environment
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in risk and pricing models
Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques
Knowledge of multi-asset class instruments and financial products
Experience in business process modelling and optimization
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Finance or another quantitative discipline (Required)
Post-graduate qualification in a quantitative field (Preferred)
