Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developments
Location: Phesantekraal, Paarl, Somerset West & West Coast (Vredenburg)

Employer: Established Property Developer

An established and fast-growing Property Developer is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their in-house team.

The developer is actively delivering multiple residential developments across Phesantekraal, Paarl, Somerset West and the West Coast (Vredenburg), offering long-term stability and exposure to large-scale projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Full cost management across multiple residential developments
Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans and cash flows
Procurement and appointment of contractors and subcontractors
Contract administration and valuation of works
Managing variations, final accounts and cost reporting
Working closely with project managers, consultants and site teams
Ensuring commercial compliance and cost control across all projects

Requirements:

BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Strong residential development experience (developer or contractor background)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong contractual and commercial acumen
Strong communication and leadership skills
