Who are we We are a leading South African media group delivering radio advertising solutions to clients and agencies across the country. Who are we looking for We are looking for an experienced Senior Radio Traffic Manager with strong radio traffic, scheduling and commercial operations experience. You will be highly organised, numerate and detail-oriented, with experience managing bookings, reconciliations and billing in a fast-paced radio environment. What will you do Manage radio bookings from capture through to broadcast and reconciliation Ensure accurate scheduling of spots, sponsorships, value-adds and airtime Oversee traffic deadlines, broadcast logs, make-goods and missed spots Manage month-end reconciliations and ensure accurate handover to Finance Monitor inventory and provide sales and revenue insights Produce traffic, sales and inventory reports Ensure compliance with broadcasting and traffic regulations Provide oversight and support to traffic teams Work closely with Sales, Programming, Finance, agencies and clients Maintain and improve traffic systems and processes What will you need Matric \/ Grade 12 3+ years' radio traffic, broadcast scheduling or commercial operations experience Experience with month-end reconciliations and Finance\/Billing Knowledge of radio traffic systems such as Zetta, GSelector, TBS, RCS or Airwaves Strong Excel and MS Office skills Excellent numerical, analytical and reporting abilities Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of broadcasting regulations and ARA requirements Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills Johannesburg\/Sandton based
