Senior Recruitment Consultant

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities include:

Driving new business development and nurturing client relationships.
Identifying and sourcing exceptional talent in niche and scarce skill markets.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate screening to successful placement.
Consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.
Negotiating and managing terms of business with clients.

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification.
At least 5 years’ proven recruitment experience, including cold calling.
A consistent record of achieving results.
Ambition, drive, and resilience.
Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
