SUMMARY:
Senior Revit Operator

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a technically strong Senior Revit Technician \/ Revit Operator to translate developed interior design concepts into accurate, fully coordinated Revit models and construction drawing packages. This is primarily a technical production role requiring excellent documentation, detailing and coordination skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Produce detailed and coordinated Revit models • Prepare complete construction drawing packages • Develop and maintain Revit templates, families and drawing standards • Coordinate documentation with consultants, contractors and suppliers • Identify technical, buildability and coordination issues • Ensure drawing packages are completed accurately and on time • Review work produced by additional Revit technicians • Maintain consistent documentation and quality standards Minimum 3 years' hands-on Revit experience • Strong Revit documentation and detailing capability • Experience producing full drawing sets, including: Plans Reflected ceiling plans Elevations and sections Joinery and detailed drawings Schedules • Strong understanding of interior construction and detailing • Knowledge of joinery, shopfitting, ceilings, flooring and finishes • Experience producing accurate, coordinated drawing packages • Commercial interior fit-out experience • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
