SUMMARY:
ð§ About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Building Services Draughtsperson to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing, coordinating, and maintaining high-quality electrical building services drawings across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

POSITION INFO:
ð Key Responsibilities Prepare and update electrical building services drawings, including single line diagrams, schematics, layouts, and cable schedules. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and coordinated designs. Incorporate red-line mark-ups and deliver final as-built documentation. Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable IEC\/SANS codes. Mentor junior draughtspersons and provide technical guidance. Manage drawing registers, revision histories, and project documentation. ð Qualifications & Experience Qualification in Electrical Draughting, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in electrical building services drafting. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (AutoCAD Electrical advantageous), Revit, or similar design software. Proven experience in delivering electrical building services drawings for large-scale projects. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
