SUMMARY:

Our client is looking to hire 4 Senior Sales Consultants for their showrooms based in Gauteng – Fourways, Kramerville and Bedfordview

This is not a simple retail sales position - This position is an integral part of the company’s overall performance; in terms of turnover, perception, and brand equity

They are looking for confident, energetic, senior sales consultants – ideally with a passion for high-end retail and/ or interior design

Only candidates that meet ALL requirements will be considered

POSITION INFO:

From a technical skills perspective they are looking for:

Grade 12 minimum – not negotiable
Computer literate
Proven sales record – similar environment advantageous (high-end retail), but not limited to
Valid driver’s license and own transport

The behavioural competencies:

Maturity
Confidence
High sales drive and energy
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal (English specifically)
Great customer service
Ability to learn – related to product knowledge

They offer a basic salary with a very lucrative commission structure
