SUMMARY:
Senior Sales Manager â€“ Endo Surgery

POSITION INFO:

o Grow Endo Surgery Department
o Complete and submit Government Tenders
o Analyse stock requirements, sales
o Manage sales team
o Develop and roll out of marketing plans

Education, knowledge, skills and personal attributes required
o Dynamic
o Relevant medical qualification, degree or diploma will be an advantage
o Minimum 10 years’ experience in medical sales environment, specifically
Endo Surgery, knowledgeable with sutures and endo mechanical products
o Good relationship in LMN and in Independent Group
o Proven track record in selling
o Strong customer care service

o Very strong communication skills
o Fluent in both English and Afrikaans – both written and verbal
o Must be able to travel
o Must have own reliable transport (own a vehicle)
o Must be able to work flexible hours due to client requirements

Must have strong management experience. Managed 5-10 staff
