Senior Sales Manager | Strategic Markets

POSITION INFO:

What you’ll be doing:

• Identify and unlock new business opportunities across assigned markets and customer segments
• Develop and execute strategic sales and capture plans for long-cycle deals
• Build and manage relationships at executive and government level
• Lead pricing and commercial strategies aligned to market dynamics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored, competitive solutions
• Navigate complex regulatory, compliance, and international trade environments
• Strengthen partnerships with distributors, advisors, and industry stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or similar
• Proven experience in senior sales / business development / commercial leadership
• Background in highly regulated industries (e.g. defence, security, engineering, aerospace, or similar)
• Strong exposure to government or tender-based environments
• Solid understanding of international markets, trade practices, and geopolitical influences
• Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
