SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery in a complex enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong coaching capabilities, deep Agile expertise, and a passion for driving Agile transformation.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Mastery & Agile Facilitation

Serve as a servant leader and coach across multiple Agile teams, promoting adherence to Agile values, principles, and best practices.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Ensure continuous team improvement through feedback loops, metrics, and process optimization.
Identify and remove impediments that affect team delivery and performance.
Build and maintain a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Coaching & Mentoring

Provide Agile coaching to team members, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
Mentor junior Scrum Masters and actively promote Agile excellence.
Educate teams and leadership on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a prioritized and well-structured product backlog.
Align team objectives with business goals through strong collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Drive cross-team coordination and manage interdependencies for seamless delivery.

Continuous Improvement & Agile Transformation

Champion Agile transformation initiatives and embed a culture of continuous learning.
Track and interpret Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown charts) to drive informed improvements.
Contribute to and lead Agile Communities of Practice, fostering organizational-wide adoption of Agile.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with 2+ years in a senior capacity.
Deep experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS frameworks.
Strong command of Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Proven leadership in enterprise-scale Agile delivery.
Strong background in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Agile Coach certification preferred.
Experience in financial services, investments, or related industries is advantageous.
