SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Sr Service Engineer

POSITION INFO:

Education:

Minimum of Bachelor''s in Business Management or a Duploma in Electronic/electrical Engineering

Diploma or certification in IT/Electrical/Electronics

At least 4 - 5 years in similar role

Exposure to shipbuilding (New Built, Retrofit), oil & gas (rigs, refinersies, or navy related industries preferred, but not a must.

Key Deliverables:

Achieve High level of quality & customer satisfaction while conducting repairs, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance on navcom equipment.

Communicate with Vessels ensuring assigned services are attended to without fail

Co-ordinate services and logistics to collect appropriate equipment / parts

Analyse customers concerns and propose solutions

Attend team meetings, managing performance

Assist Regional Service Manager

Execute all service jobs, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
