Great opportunity Senior site agent , building , Cape Town !!

POSITION INFO:

Our client requires an experienced senior site agent , minimum of 12 years experience on large building projects , preferably multi storey , hotel exposure an advantage.

Applicants should hold a National Diploma or equivalent.

Duties/responsibilities

Report to contracts manager
Take full site responsibility
Liaise with professional team
Ensure site information flow
Manage sub contractors , quality , production , inspections , meetings and payments
Quality assurance
Production
Materials management
Site meetings
Site programming (MS Projects)
