POSITION INFO:
Join a leading construction contractor as a Senior Site Agent / Construction Manager to oversee a prestigious government building project in the heart of Cape Town. This is a career-defining opportunity for a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in public sector or large-scale commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all on-site construction activities and ensure project milestones are met
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Manage budgets, timelines, and client reporting
Drive construction progress in line with the programme

Requirements:

10+ years of site management experience on large commercial or government projects
Relevant construction qualification (NDip / BTech / BSc in Construction Management or similar)
Proven ability to manage multi-million rand projects from start to finish
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills

Start date: ASAP
Fixed-term or permanent contract available
