POSITION INFO:
A wellâestablished engineering company in Gauteng is looking for a Senior Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join their dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a driven individual with extensive experience in electrical an instrumentation (E&I) projects and a solid background in site or project management.

About the Role:
As the Senior Site Supervisor / Manager, you will oversee onsite operations, ensure that project milestones are met, manage teams, coordinate installations, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards.

You will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex E&I installations and engineering projects across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise onsite activities across multiple projects
Oversee E&I installations and ensure compliance with project specifications
Lead, coordinate, and support onsite teams and subcontractors
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
Provide progress reporting and assist with project planning
Travel to various project sites when required

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or a relevant field
10+ years' experience in site management or project management
Strong experience with E&I projects
Proven experience in E&I installations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problemâsolving abilities
Willingness to travel as required
Professional, reliable, and resultsâdriven
