POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Valid PSIRA Grade A registration
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Clear criminal record
Fluent in Afrikaans & English
Fully computer literate
8 -10 years experience in the Security Industry
3–5 years Management experience
First Aid, Firefighting, Health & Safety training (would be advantageous)
Ability to search males
We seek individuals with a proven track record of integrity, accountability, and ethical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all site security operations and staff
Maintain high operational standards and compliance
Conduct client meetings, risk assessments, and inspections
Ensure effective rostering, timekeeping, and reporting
Enforce company policies and promote safety and quality standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meeting with clients
