- Evaluate current architecture and systems.
- Define baseline policies and technical standards.
- Propose improvements for scalability, reliability, and compliance.
- Deliver findings with documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Can identify risks and present solutions effectively.
- Drives alignment between squads and strategic goals.
- Delivers within structured governance frameworks.
