POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a contractual basis. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Head HR to drive talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.Duties and responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job profiling to offer stage
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and engage with candidates
Experience in TA and Pan African Lens
Telecommunications experience

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR consulting within the Telco, HR, and IT sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
