JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, leading in the insurance industry, is looked for a Senior Talent Management Specialist to join their Pretoria team. This candidate will be required to manage the effective implementation of the Human Resources Strategy, Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment and selection process
Manage internal talent sourcing process
Manage and coordinate the Performance Management process
Job Analysis and Design
Manage Employee Relations
Employee Wellness
Employment Equity
Succession planning
General duties

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources
SABPP registered (Advantage)
Minimum of 7 - 10 years in a HR Management generalist environment is essential
Experience in Financial Services Environment (Advantage)
Insurance Industry: FAIS, FICA
SA Legislation: BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDL
Policies and Procedures: Strong knowledge and ability to put HR policies and procedures in place and ensure the adherence to them.
