The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment and talent acquisition process, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Building and maintaining talent pipelines Managing recruitment projects and meeting deadlines Providing market insights and recruitment advice Ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience Supporting and mentoring junior recruiters The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
