POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Ensuring the structural engineering team meets deadlines on deliverables
Ensure that outputs are of a high quality
Sign-off on structural engineering designs
Perform structural analysis for a variety of projects, including commercial and industrial buildings
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project deliver
Manage project budgets and department finances
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and intern

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a professionally registered structural engineer
Proficient in structural analysis and design software
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Experience leading and managing a team

Qualification:

BEng/BSc Civil or Structural Engineering
MSc/Meng adv
PR Eng registered with ECSA for minimum 8-10 years (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
