Our client is a respected multidisciplinary engineering consultancy involved in large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Southern Africa. They specialise in delivering end-to-end design and project solutions, with a strong reputation for technical excellence, innovation, and developing young engineers. You’ll join a professional team focused on precision, collaboration, and long-term client relationships.

You’ll be responsible for the structural design, analysis, and detailing of reinforced concrete and steel structures. The role includes producing design documentation, collaborating with architects and other disciplines, and performing site inspections to ensure design intent and compliance. You’ll contribute to project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy, quality, and technical integrity.

Job experience and Skills Required:

• BEng Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in structural engineering design (reinforced concrete and steel)
• Proficiency in Prokon, AutoCAD, and related design software
• Strong understanding of SANS design codes and engineering standards
• Experience working within a consulting engineering environment
