Senior Support Analyst

SUMMARY:
A top notch Digital transaction business located in the Cape Town area is looking for a dedicated Senior support analyst to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

This role requires you to provide high-level operational support. This includes resolving system issues, daily monitoring of the environment and troubleshooting.

Skills & Experience:

Experience in:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in support analysis preferably in the payment industry

MSSQL

Understanding the payment environment

Switch/postilion systems

Must be able to provide 2^nd and 3^rd level support functions

Skills in:

Management of open incidents and being able to work effectively to resolve those incidents

Basic monitoring and quality assurance checking

Qualification:

IT qualification advantageous

MSSQL (Must be strong)

Postilion Realtime/Switch
