Senior Support Analyst

SUMMARY:
A leading digital payment company wants you to join their prospecting team as a Senior Support Analyst. Do you have experience in Postilion or a similar switching experience, then this is perfect for you.

POSITION INFO:

You will be providing 2^nd and 3^rd level support in a real-time/switch environment

Handling daily queries surrounding transactions

Identifying issues early through monitoring

Quality assurance checks

Skills & Experience:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role or within a payments industry

MS SQL

Postilion Realtime or similar switch experience

Qualification:

Relevant IT qualification (Advantageous)
