My client is seeking a Senior Support Consultant to join their dynamic IT team, working on critical systems that keep business operations running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support across critical systems and applications Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents and service requests Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and system optimization Mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge across the team Job Experience and Skills Required: Education Relevant IT qualification (Degree or Diploma) Experience Proven experience in a Senior Support Consultant \/ Application Support \/ Technical Support role Strong exposure to enterprise-level environments Experience supporting complex systems, integrations, or platforms Advantageous: experience working closely with development teams or in DevOps environments Skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking Exposure to modern IT environments (exact tech stack to be discussed) Solid understanding of databases, system integrations, or application architecture Excellent communication skills - able to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team Apply now!
