SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities 1. Systems Support & Incident Resolution Receive, investigate, and resolve system incidents and support requests Act as the primary business-facing contact for system-related issues and escalations Coordinate with internal and external support teams to ensure timely issue resolution Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions 2. Implementations, Testing & Releases Lead the systems workstream for customer and carrier implementations Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements Participate in solution design and system configuration activities Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and hypercare support Manage implementation activities between business stakeholders, customers, carriers, vendors, and IT teams 3. Integrations, Reporting & Configuration Lead onboarding, testing, deployment, and support of system integrations Define interface specifications and data mapping requirements Design, coordinate, and support EDI and API-based integrations Investigate and resolve integration and data exchange issues Configure transport master data, business rules, and operational parameters Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions 4. Transport Rating, Commercial Configuration & Billing Configure and maintain carrier buy-rate and customer sell-rate structures Manage transport tariffs, fuel surcharge models, accessorial charges, and pricing rules Validate transport rating calculations and commercial accuracy Support transport billing, freight settlement, and cost allocation processes Assist with solution design, pricing validation, and implementation activities 5. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance transport systems, integrations, automation, and operational efficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems and business processes Improve system performance and integration reliability through proactive optimization Minimum Qualifications Essential Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in: Information Systems Information Technology Computer Science Industrial Engineering Logistics Supply Chain Management Or a related field Preferred Certifications and\/or practical experience in: Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Supply Chain Execution (SCE) Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) ERP systems EDI technologies API integrations SQL Enterprise logistics systems Technical Skills Required Essential Strong SQL or equivalent query tool capabilities for data analysis and troubleshooting Experience with EDI integrations including: EDIFACT XML ANSI X12 API-based data exchanges Ability to interpret interface logs, system messages, and integration failures Experience configuring: Transport rates Tariffs Rating engines Freight settlement processes Advanced Microsoft Excel Microsoft Visio for process mapping and solution documentation Experience Required Essential Minimum 5 years' experience supporting enterprise logistics or supply chain systems Minimum 3 years' experience configuring and supporting Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Supply Chain Execution (SCE) platforms Experience leading customer and carrier onboarding projects Proven experience managing integrations and data exchanges between multiple business partners Experience facilitating: System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Production deployments Experience working with technical vendors, software providers, and business stakeholders Experience configuring carrier buy-rates and customer sell-rates Preferred Experience with transport rating engines and tariff management Freight settlement and transport billing experience Experience within multi-client, 3PL, or 4PL logistics environments Exposure to global governance frameworks TMS implementation and onboarding experience Process automation and standardization initiatives Collaboration with offshore or global IT teams Apply now!
