POSITION INFO:

As a Credit Analyst, you'll be more than just a number cruncher. You'll play a vital role in evaluating funding applications, identifying risks and opportunities, and making informed credit decisions that directly contribute to the success of both the business and its clients. Key Responsibilities: Assess and analyse credit applications using financial statements, management accounts, bank statements, and credit bureau reports. Make sound credit recommendations and decisions within delegated authority limits. Identify potential risks, trends, and opportunities while recommending appropriate mitigation strategies. Prepare clear and comprehensive credit assessments and recommendations for review where required. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Matric (Grade 12) is essential. A Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field will be advantageous. Experience: 1-3 years' experience within Credit Analysis, Underwriting, Credit Risk, or a similar role. Experience within Financial Services, Commercial Finance, Asset-Based Finance, Lending, or SME Funding environments. Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis. Experience working with credit bureau systems and risk assessment tools Apply now!
