PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader, driving the architecture, deployments, and evolution of our enterprise systems. This is a hands-on role where you''''ll blend deep technical expertise with strategic foresight to shape scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing environments.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

• Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

• Proven experience in Systems Support, Systems Engineering or Enterprise Architecture roles (10+ years)

• Windows AD/GPO/Hybrid expertise critical

• Hands-on experience with scripting (Powershell, Bash, etc.)

• Hands-on experience debugging third-party software solutions from an operating system & networking standpoint.

• 5+ Years experience administering Microsoft365 products

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• L2/L3 Support on Systems – Full ownership of this role

• Global M365 Administration

• Development Support (Non-DevOps related deployments)

• Automation of manual processes through scripting

• Digital Transformation – form part of solution building, testing and implementation

• Logging, Alerting and resolving critical components within core systems proactively

• Audited compliance, keeping track of, and implementing changes as and when required through penetration tests and audits.
