A leading organisation is looking for a Senior Systems Specialist to join their dynamic IT team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role, based in Johannesburg, offers the opportunity to take ownership of key systems like Microsoft Dynamics Navision, CRM, ECM, and FSM, while acting as second-in-command to the IT Systems Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Navision, CRM, ECM, FSM, and other internal systems
• Monitor system performance and integration
• Lead incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution
• Deliver training and create support documentation for staff
• Drive process improvements and support digital transformation projects
• Manage vendor SLAs and ensure compliance
• Assist with UAT and deployment sign-off
• Act as a deputy to the IT Systems Manager in their absence
• Gather business requirements and compile BRS documentation

Key Requirements

• IT-related Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years'' experience in a similar role
• Proven skills in Microsoft Dynamics Navision, CRM, ECM & FSM
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• UAT experience, including test pack creation and change control sign-off
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of IT governance, enterprise systems, and best practices
