Senior Systems Specialist (Transport Management Systems) | High Impact Logistics Technology Role

Are you a TMS expert who thrives on system configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation?

We're looking for a Senior Systems Specialist to take ownership of critical transport and supply chain systems, ensuring seamless integrations, accurate transport rating structures, successful customer onboarding, and exceptional system performance across a complex logistics environment

POSITION INFO:
This is an opportunity for a hands-on systems professional who understands how transport operations, commercial requirements, and technology come together to drive supply chain excellence What You'll Be Doing: Configure, maintain, and optimize Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Supply Chain Execution platforms. Lead customer and carrier onboarding projects from requirements gathering through testing and go-live support. Manage and support EDI, API, XML, and other external system integrations. Troubleshoot system, data, and integration issues and drive root-cause resolution. Facilitate SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities. Configure transport tariffs, rates, billing structures, and freight settlement processes. Partner with operations, business stakeholders, carriers, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions and continuous improvements. What We're Looking For: 5+ years supporting enterprise transport, logistics, or supply chain systems. Proven experience with TMS or Supply Chain Execution platforms. Strong systems configuration, implementation, integration, and support experience. Experience with EDI, API, XML, JSON, and SQL. Hands-on experience leading onboarding, testing, and deployment activities. Knowledge of transport rating, tariffs, billing, and freight settlement. Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
