Are you a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a knack for identifying top talent and building high-performing teams? Our client in the Environmental industry is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Braynston

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

B Degree in Industrial Psychology/Human Resources
Registered Psychometrist is desirableÂ
8 or more years experience in recruiting internally for an organizationÂ
Must be computer literate experience working on Sage is essential
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies
Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment
Experience recruiting outside South Africa is essentialÂ
