SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and successful team based at our offices in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. This role involves developing strong client relationships, driving new business growth, and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions to meet our clients’ staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Full 360-degree recruitment, including sourcing clients and candidates, interviewing, placing candidates, and post-placement service to the client.
Proactive business development through cold calling and telesales
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Servicing and managing client accounts from a recruitment perspective

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of 360-degree recruitment experience (preferably in an agency setting)
Demonstrated success in revenue generation and client retention
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passion for sales and relationship building
Experience with candidate assessment, interviewing, reporting, profiling, and database management
Thorough understanding of recruitment processes in an agency environment
Reliable transport to and from work is essential
