JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are in need of an experienced Senior Talent Management Wizard for One of the Top long term insurance companies in Pretoria.

Responsible for the full recruitment cycle

Involved with performance management strategies, systems, training, reviews, research, recommendations

Drafting job descriptions for variety roles

Able to represent the company at CCMA

Guide Line Managers regarding ER / IR matters

Employee wellness, Employment equity planning, succession planning

Attend to Employee benefit queries

Deal with resignations, transfers and promotion processing

Put policies and procedures in place

Must have:

Completed Matric

Completed degree in HR

SABPP registration

No less than 7 years' HR Generalist management experience

Advantageous - experience within financial services / insurance

Clear ITC (credit), (crim), (fraud)

Have knowledge of FAIS and FICA

BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDL knowledge

MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word - Advanced

Excellent English communication - written and verbal

Born leader

Self-starter

Decision maker

Assertive
