Are you currently a Team Leader or Supervisor working in a highly regulated environment such as Call Centre / BPO /Financial Services & Insurance/ Telecom/ or Energy & Utilities and are ready for your next step?

Our client is looking for a people and process-driven professional who can easily adapt and apply their experience of working in a highly regulated type of environment directly into this role.

This role isn’t about selling — it’s about making the engine run smoothly behind the scenes through providing high-level administration and reporting, co-ordinating sales campaigns, providing sales support and manage aspects of compliance.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a small team (Sales Supervisor + Broker & Agent Support)
Keep processes tight and teams accountable
Manage existing processes / Implement new processes
Oversee compliance, administration, reporting, and CRM analysis
Ensure agent vetting, onboarding, and training meets FAIS, CPD, POPIA, FICA standards
Work directly with the Director to support operational delivery
Matric
6+ years in administration/compliance in a regulated industry
Team leader or supervisor experience (call centre or BPO a plus)
Strong with Excel, Word, CRM systems & business writing
Highly organised, analytical, and clear communicator
