  • Supervise resources to deliver the services as required
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business
  • Manage call logging and processing.
  • Maintain and manage site health and safety requirements and documentation
  • Maintain Customer wireless networks.
  • Build, maintain and improve client relationships
  • Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
  • Repair wireless equipment for the purpose of ensuring service is provided timely and appropriately to those customers needing services.
  • Ensure all incidents/ call outs are attended to and repaired with time frames
  • Manage client satisfaction and expectations
  • Quality control, checking and inspecting radios and antennas and additional equipment.
  • Checking and monitoring test logs to allow for preventative and pro-active actions.
  • Producing/ compiling statistics and SLA reports.
  • Provide 3rd level support through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests, using the incident management and request fulfilment processes, in line with Service Desk objectives.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving of customer issues (local and remote).
  • Hardware and Software â?? setup, repair, configure and troubleshoot.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, installation and support of all Scan RF installed equipment.
  • IT Service Management processes.
  • Performing periodic integrity reviews and reports
  • Produce accurate monthly, weekly and daily reports for customers with regards to incidents, service requests and network performance and other relevant information.
  • Support management in the detailed network design, deployment and administration of radio networks
  • Provide support or integrations, migrations or augments including detailed site and systems engineering, detailed planning and procurement of materials
  Skills and Experience:

  Qualification Essential Competency:

  • Grade 12.
  • A+, N+
  • CCNA qualification.

  Experience required:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Telecommunications and/or Information Technology.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
  • Networking literacy (A+, N+ and CCNA.
  • Troubleshooting, finding and tracing of networking. Wireless/Telecoms experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Minimum 2 years exp as team leader/ supervisor.
  • Experience in Health Safety contractor management.
  Other:

  Work environment:

  • Climb towers, ladders or operates lift equipment on client sites. Standby on weekends (as per roster)

  Travel:
