SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Senior Technologist to join their team in Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and documentation of commercial architecture projects.
Coordinate between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation with precision.
Review and oversee work of junior technologists, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical solutions to construction challenges
Stay updated with industry trends, building regulations, and new technologies.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial architectural projects.
Exceptional technical knowledge and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
Strong coordination and project management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architectural Technology.
Professional registration or membership with relevant architectural bodies is an advantage.
