POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Liaise closely with the estimator at the tendering stage to ensure accurate costs are provided
Apply risk management and compliance checks when researching and analysing supply markets.
Identify potential risks and trigger risk mitigation and management responses
Report any emerging threats and opportunities regarding suppliers and sub-contractors

Requirements:

National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management
10 year’s experience in procurement including supply chain management within construction or a related field, civil, roads, & earthworks.
Systems – Prism, CCS, Smart plan, JDE.
Knowledge of BBBEE Preferential Procurement
Valid Passport
Understanding of construction materials
