A multinational company in the Industrial equipment industry is looking to hire a Senior Territory Customer Support Manager to join their exceptional team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:

A renouned company in the industrial equipment sector with a multinational footprint is seeking a Senior Territory Customer Support Manager who will ensure customer satisfaction, provide technical product and customer support, solve technical issues, provide technical/ product training to the distrebutors and customers, assist in product marketing and manage customer relationships. This role will also involve leading and coaching the field managers.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Degree in Education, Business Management, Technical, Marketing or Agricultural science discipline

4-7 years experience of customer support in the industrial machinery or equipment industry

4+ experieince in a customer facing role

4-7 years of experience in the automotive, agriculture equipment, mining equipment or industrial equipment industry
