What You'll Do: Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios for card and payments platforms. Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate system functionality related to Base24, Postilion, and other card processing platforms. Identify, log, and track defects using defect tracking tools. Collaborate with development teams to analyse, prioritise, and resolve defects. Ensure comprehensive test coverage across transaction flows and system functionality. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports. Ensure traceability between business requirements, test scenarios, and results. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product teams to understand requirements. Support UAT processes, assisting business stakeholders in validating system functionality. Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics. Contribute to improving testing methodologies and quality assurance standards. Support initiatives to introduce or enhance automation testing practices. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software quality assurance or testing. Proven expertise in testing financial systems and card processing platforms. Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, defect tracking, and test documentation. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: Familiarity with automation testing tools and practices.
