You’ll be at the center of the action, designing and developing high-performance Tibco AMX BPM solutions that keep businesses agile and unstoppable. Every workflow you design is a high-speed chase. Your toolkit:
Full lifecycle BPM development, from design through deployment.
Delivering robust, scalable, and mission-critical Tibco AMX BPM solutions.
Architecting integrations that operate like an elite crew in sync.
Leading junior developers like a stunt coordinator leading a precision team.
Optimizing performance so no project ever crashes mid-scene.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6–8 years’ experience with Tibco AMX BPM in enterprise environments.
Advanced knowledge of workflow automation, process modeling, and integration.
Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and related BPM technologies.
Agile project delivery—because timing is everything.
Proven ability to design solutions that hit the target on budget, on time, on fire.
Leadership skills to mentor and inspire a supporting cast of engineers.
Qualification:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
