JOB SUMMARY:
Looking for your years of experience in Traffic/Operations and capacity planning. If you are a master at Project management within a Marketing/Advertising environment that will work in your favour.

NB: Ability to persuade and inspire confidence and enthusiasm within a team and across a business.

To manage the operations of the agency in terms of workflow & delivery of studio output. Coordinate and manage the production efforts & suppliers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key responsibilities:

Brief in jobs & ensure timeous delivery on each.
Open job bags and load onto the system
Ensure that briefs are clearly understood and that all relevant information has been provided
Ensure adequate time provided to complete tasks and that they deliver as scheduled
Reorganise schedules as and when required to accommodate unanticipated client requests
Co-ordinate the necessary Strat/anthropologists, designers, studio, creative/art directors
Organising necessary freelancers, when required
Estimate costs and prepare budgets
Monitor production and resolve issues as and when they arise

Expected at this level:

Create and implement work processes
Manage integration between 3rd party suppliers and various agencies working on the client's account
Efficient scheduling of Strat/creative / Data resources
Manage the schedules and workloads of creative staff
Manage invoices of freelance creative staff
Understand the Strat & creative process and time required

Minimum Requirements:

An industry relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
Alternatively, you have a Business Degree or Tertiary Diploma
Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a Senior coordination role in Production or Traffic

Experience

Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a Senior coordination role in Production or Traffic
Solid experience preparing quotes/CEs/invoices and POs
Preferable: experience working in MS Projects
Exposure to costing Digital Production/Research/ Print/Below-the-line production
Understanding of the relevant structures and processes in ad agency
