POSITION INFO:
This position gives you full ownership of utility analysis, billing accuracy, and cost recovery across a large, multi‑tenanted property portfolio - basically, if something uses water, gas, or electricity, you’ll probably know about it before the tenants do.

• Matric / Grade 12
• BCom Degree or Diploma in Chemical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in utilities management within the energy services or property management sector
• Experience in multi‑tenanted property environments
• Exposure to portfolio‑level reporting and stakeholder engagement
