Senior VIP Payroll Administrator – Centurion

Our client in Centurion is seeking a Senior VIP Payroll Administrator.

Non-Negotiables:

NB! Matric + Payroll Certificate
NB! Minimum 5 years' proven payroll experience
NB! Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Experience administering payroll for 2000+ employees
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with biometric time & attendance systems

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

NB! Matric+VIP Payroll Certification
NB! Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
NB! Minimum of 5 years' experience in a payroll administration role
Proven ability to manage and process over 2,000 payroll entries.
Proven experience with ERS Biometric Time & Attendance.
Strong, vibrant, and approachable personality.
Highly detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full payroll function for weekly and monthly staff.
Process wages, salaries, and overtime accurately and on time.
Maintain and reconcile time and attendance data using ERS Biometric System.
Capture and verify payroll data in Sage/VIP Premier or Classic.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PAYE, UIF, SDL, and provident fund).
Prepare and submit EMP201, EMP501, and related reconciliations.
Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
Liaise with HR and line managers regarding attendance, leave, and disciplinary deductions.
