We are looking for a product storyteller, a visual and interaction app design visionary, with experience or interest in the Web 3 space, to form part of a team that designs new features for this already successful start-up. You will be contributing to all aspects of the product design and execution including proposing concepts, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.

This is a globally remote position, ideal for individuals who live in a time zone that has working hours that correspond with US Pacific Standard Time.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of six years relevant experience
A portfolio of work that demonstrates high quality design work
Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to bring product visions, to life
Ability to develop concepts that impress and deliver business results
Expert in user-centred design methods and principles
HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge
Current on responsive design techniques
Experienced in running and consumption of UX research
Experience in branding and marketing

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead design projects across the product lifecycle for web, mobile, and desktop platforms and from wireframes to hi-fi prototypes
Take full ownership of your work, be responsible for every last detail, across every step.
Produce multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail and make low-fi sketches and prototypes
Understand user’s requirements through exploratory research
Assist in developing an overarching design system to support rapid development and iteration
Give and receive feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality
Manage and guide contributions from external sources
Extend existing visual styles and design patterns to new components and features
